Artificial intelligence, applied carefully.
AI already strengthens how we detect and correlate threats across the services we deliver today. A dedicated AI Cyber Defense platform is in development.
AI as an aid to judgment, not a replacement for it
AI is genuinely useful in security when it does the part humans are slow at — correlating large volumes of signal across endpoints, network and identity — and stays out of the part humans should own: deciding what actually happens next. That's the line we hold today, and it's the line the platform in development is being built around.
Nothing here is described as generally available unless it's actually running in a live service today. Where we're building toward something broader, it's labeled as in development, not shipped.
That distinction matters more in security than almost anywhere else — overstating what an AI system does erodes the trust the whole point of a security service depends on. We'd rather be precise about a smaller set of capabilities than vague about a larger one.
What's actually running in a live service now
AI-assisted detection & correlation
Security signals from endpoints, network and identity get linked together automatically — a pattern that would take an analyst significant manual effort to piece together is surfaced in seconds. This runs inside our managed security service today, not as a separate product.
Knowledge-assisted interactions
Where AI helps analysts and users find relevant information faster — surfacing context, prior incidents or relevant documentation — it's applied as an assist to a person doing their job, not as a system operating unsupervised.
Analyst & user augmentation
AI reduces how long it takes a qualified analyst to reach a decision by doing the correlation and pattern-matching first. The decision itself, and the action taken as a result, stays with the person — every recommended action is reviewed before anything happens.
AI-assisted detection, always reviewed by a human
- Threat detected
- Context collected
- Indicators correlated
- Risk evaluated
- Recommended action
- Human review
Stage 1 of 6
Threat detected
An anomalous signal is flagged by monitoring and detection tooling.
What's in development — not yet generally available
Described here so it's clear what's real today versus what we're building toward. None of this is a present-day sales claim.
A standalone AI Cyber Defense platform, building on the detection and correlation work already in use.
Broader workflow automation extending beyond today's detection and correlation scope.
Wider operational automation across infrastructure and security operations.
Broader intelligent orchestration connecting detection, response and reporting into one system.
What we usually get asked about first
- Evaluating how AI-assisted detection fits into an existing security monitoring setup.
- Discussing where analyst augmentation could reduce triage time for your team.
- Early conversations about the AI Cyber Defense platform roadmap.
What AI-assisted detection is actually solving for
- Security signal volume that outpaces what a team can manually correlate in time.
- Slow manual triage when every alert has to be chased down individually.
- Repetitive operational tasks that consume analyst time better spent on real incidents.
What AI-assisted detection delivers today
- Faster correlation of signals across endpoint, network and identity sources.
- Reduced manual triage time, with analysts focused on genuine incidents.
- A consistent, human-reviewed process — nothing acted on without analyst sign-off.
Questions we're usually asked
Is the AI Cyber Defense platform available today?
No — it's in development. What's available today is AI-assisted detection and correlation inside our managed security service, described accurately as that rather than as a standalone platform.
Does AI take action automatically?
No. AI assists detection and correlation; every recommended action is reviewed by a qualified analyst before anything is taken. We don't auto-remediate without human review.
Can we get early access to what's in development?
Talk to us directly about the roadmap — we're not making forward-looking commitments on this page, but we're happy to discuss where things stand.
